Key Responsibilities
Source screen and manage candidates across multiple startup hiring pipelines
Support full-cycle recruiting activities within fast-growing client environments
Act as a primary user of internal AI recruiting tools and provide product feedback
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring teams
Support operational process improvements and recruiting workflow optimization
Collaborate with recruiting operations and engineering teams
Help scale recruiting systems and internal operational playbooks
Maintain organization and execution across high-volume recruiting activity
Requirements
02 years of experience in recruiting operations consulting investment banking or similar high-performance environments
Strong work ethic with high-agency execution mindset
Ability to manage fast-paced high-volume workloads
Highly coachable with strong adaptability and learning ability
Strong communication and organizational skills
Interest in recruiting startups operations or AI-driven systems
Must be based in or willing to relocate to San Francisco
