Senior IT Project Manager

REQUIRED SKILLS

Required Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Business Information Technology or a related field (or equivalent experience)
7 10 years of experience leading large-scale IT projects and/or programs in complex environments
Strong knowledge of SDLC project management methodologies and enterprise delivery frameworks
Proven experience in stakeholder management risk mitigation and cross-functional leadership
Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in regulated environments
Healthcare experience REQUIRED!
Strong communication skills with ability to engage executive stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications / Certifications

PMP (Project Management Professional) certification
Agile certifications (Scrum Master SAFe or equivalent)
Experience working in healthcare payer or highly regulated industries
Familiarity with enterprise tools such as Azure DevOps Jira GitHub or similar platforms
Experience with DevOps frameworks and modern software delivery practices

AI & Emerging Technology Certifications

AI/ML or Data-related certifications (e.g. Azure AI Engineer AWS Machine Learning Specialty Google Professional ML Engineer)
Certifications in data analytics automation or cloud platforms (Azure AWS GCP)
Exposure to AI governance responsible AI practices or enterprise data strategy initiatives
