Were experiencing rapid growth and are looking to bring on a new Installation Project Manager onto our growing team!

As an Installation Project Manager you will support the Installation Manager with daily locker installation expertise and this role you will interact with our network of installers across the country as well as internal stakeholders.
Manage Projects from Sale to Installation
  • Own assigned projects from signed purchase order through installation implementation and operational hand-off.

  • Maintain clear milestones priorities responsibilities and next steps across a high-volume portfolio.

  • Keep projects advancing toward installation and revenue goals while ensuring complete project closeout.

  • Maintain accurate project status risks communications and installation dates in CRM and tracking software.

Lead Customer and Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Serve as the primary implementation contact for customers and Luxer One channel partners.
  • Set clear expectations and provide proactive updates on timelines requirements risks and next steps.
  • Coordinate with Sales Manufacturing Logistics Fulfillment Installation Product Support and Accounting to remove barriers.
  • Support customer onboarding third-party integrations and process improvements that strengthen execution and customer outcomes.
Drive Installation Readiness and Resolve Risks
  • Confirm site product documentation payment logistics technical and installer readiness before installation.
  • Identify risks and missing information early and take action to prevent delays.
  • Troubleshoot implementation issues and engage the appropriate internal resources when needed.
  • Escalate significant issues promptly with clear context recommended actions and next steps.
What Good Looks Like (Success Metrics)
  • Installation and project-completion volume against assigned goals.
  • Percentage of projects installed on or before committed dates.
  • Accuracy of project status milestone dates and revenue forecasts.
  • Active-project aging and reduction of avoidable installation delays.
  • CRM completeness accuracy and timely documentation.
  • Customer and channel-partner satisfaction including NPS at hand-off.
  • Responsiveness follow-up completion and time to resolve project barriers.
  • Quality and completeness of installation readiness and operational hand-offs.


Requirements
At A Minimum You Must Have:
One or more years of experience in project management account management customer success operations implementation logistics or a related field is preferred.
  • Bachelors degree is preferred but not required.
  • Demonstrated ability to organize competing priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Strong customer-service and relationship-management skills.
  • Effective negotiation persuasion active-listening and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Available for occasional early-morning or evening support based on customer time zones or project needs.

NICE TO HAVE:

  • Comfortable learning and working across multiple software platforms including CRM and project-tracking tools.
  • Familiarity with networking security cameras device-management tools construction or physical-product installations is helpful but not required.
