POSITION:LICENSED SPEECH LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST
Effective 2026-27 School Year
LOCATION:KETTERING CITY SCHOOLS
GENERAL INFORMATION: This therapist will provide speech/language therapy services to school-age students identified with speech/language difficulties. This position will be paid on a teacher salary schedule.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES Partial List
Evaluates students with speech and language difficulties.
Establishes short/long term measurable goals and objectives.
Develops and implements therapeutic interventions/methods.
Establishes and amends Individualized Educational Plan goals through team and parental conferences and attends IEP meetings.
Determines appropriate therapeutic services to include monitoring direct services or RTI interventions.
Must pass criminal background checks and pre-employment drug screening.
Collaboration and problem-solving skills.
SALARY: According to the approved teacher salary schedule.
