Hello SLPs! Ampersand Therapy is hiring Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for a school-based position in Parker CO. Youll support an elementary aged caseload helping young learners build the communication skills they need for success in the classroom and beyond. This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced school-based SLPs and Clinical Fellows (CFs) looking for mentorship collaboration and meaningful work in early childhood education.

• Provide speech-language therapy services to an elementary caseload

• Conduct speech and language assessments and write comprehensive evaluation reports

• Develop write and implement IEP goals and individualized therapy plans

• Write IEPs and progress reports in compliance with district and state guidelines

• Administer evaluations to determine eligibility for initial and continuing special education services

• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary school teams

• Partner with teachers and families to support communication skill development across settings

• Maintain timely documentation progress notes and compliance records

• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

• Perform additional school-based duties as assigned
  

• Valid Colorado State SLP license (or ability to obtain)

• Colorado CDE Certification (or willingness to obtain)

• Masters Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders

• Clinical Fellows (CFs) encouraged to apply

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• School-based experience preferred not required
