Job Responsibilities:

As a Speech-Language Pathologist at Morgan Education Services your primary responsibilities will include:

Speech-Language Goals: Focus on speech IEP goals and objectives to support students with Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).

Progress Tracking:Track and document progress on speech goals and objectives ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.

IEP Meetings:Provide input for speech goals to give valuable insights and updates on student progress and intervention strategies.

Student Support:Offer individualized support to students with IEP speech goals helping them achieve academic and personal growth.

Collaboration:Collaborate closely with teachers parents and support staff to ensure a cohesive and supportive environment for students with special needs.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role you should possess the following qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Special Education or a related field.

Valid speech-language license or ability to obtain one

Previous experience working with students with IEPs.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Dedication to the academic and personal growth of students with special needs.

Ability to adapt interventions to meet the diverse needs of students.

Organized and detail-oriented.
