Solution Architect ServiceNow

• Serve as primary technical point-of-contact for projects and face of the development team to the customer
• Define technical solutions at an architectural and design level aligned with client business problems and ServiceNow best practices
• Understand customer requirements translate to solutions and communicate to clients
• Write/estimate Stories monitor Developers work and own overall quality and delivery of development
• Responsible for Sprint demos development artifacts documentation and knowledge transfer
• Work collaboratively with Engagement Manager to monitor scope creep and resolve critical path technical issues
• Mentor Developers and Technical Consultants on technical design standards and best practices
• Perform research into technology partner or vendor solutions for integration
• Contribute to continual improvement of Delivery Services processes and maturing of portfolios and capabilities

What We Expect of You

• Bachelors Degree and 5 years experience OR 9 years experience
• 1.5 years on the ServiceNow platform
• ServiceNow CSA (current or within 6 months of hire)
• ServiceNow CIS-ITSM (current or within 6 months of hire)
• Proven consulting experience leading development and delivery of ITSM solutions
• Additional experience in one or more: CSM HR ITBM ITOM Performance Analytics SecOps or SAM
• Understanding of SSO SAML SSL Web Services LDAP JDBC ODBC REST SCP FTPS
• Experience with JavaScript scripting on the ServiceNow platform (Business Rules Client Scripts UI Actions UI Pages Angular JS Jelly)
• Experience using Agile/Scrum methodology and leading scrum teams
• ServiceNow CAD is a plus
• ITIL Foundations Certification is a plus
  
  Pay range: $109000 - $184000 depending on experience and skill set
  Salary ranges may be subject to geographic differentials
