Software Developer

Purpose and Impact:

We areseekingatalented and detail-oriented Front-End Developerto join our team and help build intuitive responsive and accessible user interfaces for our web applications. This role is ideal for someone passionate about user experience design systems and modern front-end technologies.

Work Schedule: M- F 40 hours a week

Essential Responsibilities:

• Develop andmaintainscalable high-performance web applications using modern front-end frameworks.
• Collaborate with UX/UI developersandback-end developers to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Translate design mockups and wireframes into clean efficient code.
• Optimizeapplications for maximum speed scalability and accessibility.
• Implement responsive designs that work across various devices and screen sizes.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility andmaintaincode quality through testing and reviews.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and propose improvements to existing systems.

Minimum Requirements (Knowledge Skills and Abilities):

• Proficiencyin HTML5 CSS3 JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Experience with modern frameworks/libraries such as Angular React or .
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.
• Understanding ofversion control systems (e.g. Git).
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for clean maintainable code.
• Exposure to Agile development environments.

Clearance Required:

• TS/SCI with Poly

Minimum Education:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Design or related field (or equivalent experience).

Minimum Years of Experience:

• 5

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with design systems andcomponentlibraries.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and best practices.
• Experience with performance optimization and analytics tools.
