Your Next Role: Associate Configuration Specialist

Were looking for a tech-savvy detail-driven problem solver with strong closing and title experience as a top priority to join our Implementation Team. Whether youre based in Raleigh or working remotely youll play a key role in delivering customized solutions that make a real impact for our customers.

What Youll Own and Elevate

Bring our platform to lifeconfigure test and optimize SoftPro Select
Partner with Implementation Specialists to ensure seamless project delivery
Lead engaging product demos that showcase our powerful tools
Turn ideas into actiongather requirements scope projects and track progress
Manage custom client solutions from concept to completion
Maintain clear organized project documentation
Help improve processes and create helpful customer resources

What You Bring to the Table

4 years in real estate closings/escrow (non-negotiable)
Deep experience with SoftPro Select including formulas
Strong organization communication and project management skills
Ability to juggle priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Solid Excel skills
Project management experience Even better.
Willingness to travel (10% US)
