Shift: Monday Friday 7:00 AM 3:30 PM

What Youll Do

Pack and prep cold chain shipping materials including gel packs and insulated containers
Receive incoming shipments and prep them for export
Verify shipping paperwork and make sure everything is correct before it goes out
Operate a pallet jack to move freight around the warehouse
Work in and out of refrigerated coolers and freezers
Monitor emails and respond to shipment updates and follow-ups
Update daily reports in Excel and internal systems

What We Need From You

High school diploma or GED
Comfortable working in both a warehouse and an office setting
Reliable detail-oriented and able to follow specific handling instructions

A Few Things to Know

On-site interview required
Overtime may be needed based on workload
Split between desk work and physical warehouse tasks - about 50/50
