Job Summary

Solution IT Inc. is looking for ServiceNow Admin/Developer for one of its clients Sunnyvale CA

Job Title: ServiceNow Admin/Developer

Responsibilities:

Provide ServiceNow development and administrative support as per project requirements
Work on ITSM/ITOM modules for implementation enhancements and maintenance
Ensure SLA compliance and provide timely operational support
Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable and efficient solutions.

Required Skills:

Strong experience as ServiceNow Administrator or Developer
Hands-on experience in ITSM and/or ITOM modules
Good understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and customization
Ability to quickly onboard and adapt to project needs.

Additional Requirements:

Flexible to work in onsite engagement model
Ability to handle dynamic project demands

Work Site: Sunnyvale CA (5 days onsite)

Duration: 6 Months

Expected Start Date: Immediate
