Job Title: ServiceNow Admin/Developer
Responsibilities:
- Provide ServiceNow development and administrative support as per project requirements
- Work on ITSM/ITOM modules for implementation enhancements and maintenance
- Ensure SLA compliance and provide timely operational support
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable and efficient solutions.
Required Skills:
- Strong experience as ServiceNow Administrator or Developer
- Hands-on experience in ITSM and/or ITOM modules
- Good understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and customization
- Ability to quickly onboard and adapt to project needs.
Additional Requirements:
- Flexible to work in onsite engagement model
- Ability to handle dynamic project demands
Work Site: Sunnyvale CA (5 days onsite)
Duration: 6 Months
Expected Start Date: Immediate
