ServiceNow Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Project Manager to lead enterprise-wide ServiceNow implementation and platform expansion initiatives. The ideal candidate will have 7 years of IT project management experience including 5 years managing ServiceNow projects and a proven track record of delivering complex multi-workstream technology programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementation and enhancement projects.
  
• Manage project scope schedule budget risks issues and stakeholder communications.
  
• Coordinate cross-functional business technical vendor and implementation partner teams.
  
• Facilitate executive status reporting governance meetings and decision-making processes.
  
• Support testing training deployment go-live readiness and post-implementation stabilization.
  
• Ensure project deliverables align with business objectives and quality standards.
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology Business Administration Project Management or related field.
  
• 7 years of IT Project Management experience.
  
• 5 years leading ServiceNow implementation or platform expansion projects.
  
• Experience managing Agile Hybrid or iterative project delivery methodologies.
  
• Strong stakeholder management communication and leadership skills.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP Certification.
  
• ServiceNow Certification(s).
  
• Agile/Scrum Certification.
  
• Experience with digital transformation initiatives and public sector environments.
