Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Project Manager to lead enterprise-wide ServiceNow implementation and platform expansion initiatives. The ideal candidate will have 7 years of IT project management experience including 5 years managing ServiceNow projects and a proven track record of delivering complex multi-workstream technology programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementation and enhancement projects.
- Manage project scope schedule budget risks issues and stakeholder communications.
- Coordinate cross-functional business technical vendor and implementation partner teams.
- Facilitate executive status reporting governance meetings and decision-making processes.
- Support testing training deployment go-live readiness and post-implementation stabilization.
- Ensure project deliverables align with business objectives and quality standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology Business Administration Project Management or related field.
- 7 years of IT Project Management experience.
- 5 years leading ServiceNow implementation or platform expansion projects.
- Experience managing Agile Hybrid or iterative project delivery methodologies.
- Strong stakeholder management communication and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP Certification.
- ServiceNow Certification(s).
- Agile/Scrum Certification.
- Experience with digital transformation initiatives and public sector environments.
