- Develop implement and improve the quality management system in alignment with customer expectations and applicable regulatory requirements international standards and industrial methodologies
- Partner with Engineering Manufacturing Supply Chain and other cross functional teams to ensure our defined processes are robust to drive mission success throughout the entire product lifecycle
- Own Document Control system ensuring accurate compliant and efficient management of controlled documents records and change control processes
- Plan and lead internal audits to evaluate the performance and effectiveness of the QMS
- Direct and support root cause investigations and corrective and preventive action process to drive improvement of the management system
- Provide training and guide cross-functional teams on quality systems continuous improvement initiatives
- Monitor and measure management system data and report to management to drive the system improvement
- Bachelors degree in engineering quality or related STEM field
- 5 years of experience in quality systems or quality engineering familiar with QMS platforms and digital applications preferably in aerospace
- In-depth working experience of AS9100 or ISO9001 requirements and principles
- Certified QMS lead auditor (AS9100 preferred)
- Strong skills in document control process mapping and continuous improvement
- Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time
