SUMMARY:
Looking for a Senior QA Automation professional with strong experience in Agile environments responsible for functional integration and regression testing along with automation framework development and execution. The role involves ensuring quality delivery collaborating with cross-functional teams and improving testing efficiency through automation.
DUTIES:- Define test strategy test plans and schedules
- Design & execute test cases scenarios and automation scripts
- Perform functional integration regression and exploratory testing
- Collaborate with dev QA product and offshore teams
- Identify test data needs and work with data teams
- Track defects perform triaging and analyze failure patterns
- Support automation development and execution
- Ensure adherence to QA best practices and improve testing processes
- Drive shift-left testing and continuous improvement initiatives
- Mentor team members and support cross-team coordination
- 8 years in QA with strong automation experience
- Hands-on with:
- Selenium Cucumber/TestNG Python/Robot Framework
- API testing tools (SOAPUI Postman)
- Automation frameworks & scripting
- Strong experience in:
- Test strategy test case design defect tracking
- Integration regression and API testing
- SQL / database / backend testing
- Tools: Azure DevOps Jira/Rally GitHub
- Experience in Agile environments (onsite offshore coordination)
- Strong analytical communication and problem-solving skills
Nice to have: Healthcare domain experience
