Titan Security is currently hiring a Security Supervisor to work at a location in Troy Michigan.

Responsibilitiesof Security Supervisor include but are not limited to:

• Provide excellent customer service to all parties encountered while on duty including assisting with directions and general business information.
• Must be able to walk 5-10 miles per shift doing rounds.
• Must have good working knowledge of computers sending emails logging information.
• Ability to stand/sit/walk for extended periods of time.
• Control access for patrons visitors or vendors as required.
• Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees visitors and other persons to guard against theft and maintain security of premises.
• Write reports of daily activities and irregularities such as equipment or property damage theft presence of unauthorized persons or unusual occurrences.
• Monitor the assigned lots and conduct mobile patrols to guard against theft and maintain a safe environment.
• Maintain clear accurate logs pertaining to people or property including packages.
• Effectively utilize access control systems and CCTV systems as needed.
• Ensure guests and vendors are properly greeted when entering the building.
• Observe departing personnel to guard against theft.
• Monitor security cameras that are within the facility.
• Respond to incidents including emergencies at the property and record data on incidents for building and Titan Security management.
• Various Admin Duties.
• Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualificationsof Security Supervisor:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have previous security supervisor experience.
• High School diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
• Able to obtain and maintain a valid Ohio Guard Card.
• Able to read write speak and understand English.
• Able to meet physical essential functions of the job which can include lifting 50 lbs completing foot patrols walking up and down stairs working in inclement weather.

Preferred Qualificationsof Security Supervisor:

• Bi-lingual considered a plus.
• Previous experience as a Security Supervisor.
