About the role:
A Sales Support Representative performs administrative and in-house support tasks for a sales team helping to build relationships and improve customer experience.

Additional Information:

Relocation is not available for this position.

Visa Sponsorship is not available for this position.

This position requires working onsite five days a week.

What you will do:
Responding to customer inquiries and providing customer service regarding products and services addressing issues related to customer orders.
Performing general office administrative duties including maintaining files schedules and appointments for the sales teams.

Schedule appointments for the service center new hire onboarding etc.

Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit receive and accurately interpret ideas information and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.

Negotiating: Knowledge of successful negotiation concepts and techniques; ability to negotiate successfully across the organization and with external vendors and clients in a constructive and collaborative manner.

Relationship Management: Knowledge of relationship management techniques; ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with clients vendors and peers.

Account Management: Knowledge of account management; ability to manage day-to-day activities providing services and support to existing clients.
