ScaleHouse Talent is partnering with a growing home remodeling company to add proven sales professionals to their team. Theyre looking for people who know how to connect with homeowners confidently guide the buying process and want an opportunity where strong performance can translate into serious earning potential.
As a Sales Representative youll meet with homeowners who have already expressed interest in remodeling their bathrooms. Youll run company-generated appointments understand the homeowners needs present the right solution and confidently close the sale.

What Youll Do
- Meet with homeowners to understand their remodeling needs and goals
- Present bathroom remodeling solutions including tub-to-shower conversions tubs showers and other bathroom upgrades
- Conduct professional in-home consultations and guide homeowners through the buying process
- Build trust and create strong relationships with homeowners
- Close qualified opportunities using a consultative one-call-close approach
What It Takes to Succeed
- Minimum 2 years of in-home sales experience
- Experience in home improvement remodeling HVAC solar or another in-home sales environment preferred
- Highly coachable and willing to continuously improve
- Comfortable working independently without constant supervision
- Strong work ethic and willingness to be held to a high performance standard
- Valid drivers license and vehicle insurance
