JOB SUMMARY
The Retrospective Project Manager will support the Assistant Director Executive Strategy with implementing and managing of Universal Creatives centralized project retrospective program over its first year. The program consists of conducting consistent retrospectives across each projects lifecycle identifying business improvement opportunities and implementing business role facilitates retrospective sessions captures project learnings identifies improvement opportunities and ensures learnings are shared with project teams across Universal Creative. The role will also project management the implementation of process enhancements and business improvements.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Program Launch Support: Support the launch of Universal Creatives project retrospective program across all global portfolios.
Program Management: Manage day-to-day operations of the retrospective program inclusive of conducting retrospectives creating retrospective reports and sharing retrospective learnings with project teams.
Facilitate Retrospective Sessions: Facilitate retrospective sessions with project Team Members and stakeholders; ensuring sessions serve as a safe space to share learnings and identify improvement opportunities.
Deploy Retrospective Surveys: Deploy retrospective surveys to project Team Members and stakeholders as projects hit key milestones; ensuring learnings are captured in realtime.
Synthesize Learnings: Compile learnings captured during retrospective sessions and surveys into standardized reports that highlight common themes root cause issues and improvement opportunities.
Maintain Retrospective Library: Manage a centralized retrospective library ensuring reports use a consistent nomenclature are properly filed and readily available for Team Members.
Develop Process Materials: Create materials to document the retrospective process and how it operates (ex. Standard Operating Guide report templates facilitation templates etc.)
Retrospective Process Reporting: Create dashboards to monitor the program and provide regular program updates to the Asst. Director Executive Strategy.
Implement Retrospective Process Improvements: Implement retrospective process improvements that include but are not limited to designing automated workflows in ClickUp and creating a centralized retrospective library.
Project Manage Business Improvements: Serve as a project manager by working with subject matter experts to ensure business improvement opportunities are implemented across Universal Creative.
Program Advocate: Serve as an advocate for the program; promoting it across departments and sharing process updates as the program evolves.
Change Advocate: Serve as a change advocate for Universal Creative; promoting the value and benefits of learning from the past and improving future ways of working.
Understand and actively participate in Environmental Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy procedures training and team member involvement activities.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Demonstrated success working cross-functionally with Team Members from multiple departments and disciplines
Prior experience facilitating retrospectives or after-action reviews
Prior experience leading change management
Strong qualitative analysis skills (root cause analysis thematic coding prioritization)
Excellent stakeholder management and executive-ready communication
