Perform incoming material inspections per documented procedures by interpreting engineering drawings and testing / inspecting product using a variety of metrologies including but not limited to: calipers micrometers height gages thread gages pin gages optical comparators.
Maintain incoming quality inspection files including but not limited to: current print revision levels material certifications and inspection logs Supplier Part Approvals.
Update and maintain the Certified Supplier List as required per documented procedures.
Implement supplier non-conforming material process per documented procedures including but not limited to: obtaining Return Goods Authorization from suppliers for rejected materials debit memos Supplier Corrective Action Requests.
Facilitate MRB activities per documented procedures including but not limited to: facilitating MRB meetings updating and maintaining MDR and SAP.
Facilitate the Warranty and Annual Returns Process per documented procedures including but not limited to: returned product evaluations performing required SAP transactions and communicating claim status and disposition to customers.
Provide support to Quality Engineers Production and Design Engineers as needed.
