Job Summary -

The Project Manager collaborates with HPs business partners to identify plan and execute small to medium-sized projects that align with business or corporate objectives. These projects may involve technical assessments software evaluations implementations or application updates. Operating within established project management frameworks the role requires applying proven methodologies tools and techniques to ensure successful delivery of project outcomes. The position works with moderate supervision and emphasizes structured execution stakeholder engagement and continuous alignment with strategic goals.

Responsibilities:

• Lead small to medium-sized business and technical projects across units.
• Align strategic planning with goals action plans and project execution.
• Manage project portfolios with effective resource allocation and risk management.
• Drive continuous improvement in project delivery and management practices.
• Apply project management methodologies to deliverables processes and systems.
• Lead cross-functional projects ensuring technical and operational readiness.
• Develop planning documents charters and communication plans.
• Define team roles schedules and delivery plans.
• Conduct project meetings manage scope changes and maintain documentation.
• Secure necessary skills set expectations and provide performance feedback.
• Maintain issue/task logs and facilitate resolutions.
• Execute communication plans and report project status regularly.
• Monitor ROI time and budget throughout the lifecycle.
• Develop testing strategies and conduct project close-out activities.
• Participate in quality reviews and secure final approvals.

Years of experience needed -

• Three years of professional experience in project management and two years of leading overseeing project tasks

Technical Skills:

• Understanding of AI PC AI concepts machine learning data science and related technologies.
• Ability to stay current with AI/ML advancements to guide teams effectively.
• Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making and process improvements.
• Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills for managing plans timelines budgets and documentation.
• Proactive leadership in identifying and implementing improvement strategies.
• Skilled in risk identification and mitigation for successful project outcomes.
• Experience in building effective teams and relationships in a matrix environment.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• PMP certification preferred.

Certifications Needed:

• A bachelors degree in a relevant field is required along with a minimum of three years of professional experience in project management including at least two years of leading and overseeing project tasks. Equivalent combinations of education and experience will also be considered
