Job Summary
This is a remote position.
We are seeking an enthusiastic Entry-Level Project Manager to join our dynamic team in India.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the development of detailed project plans including scope objectives timelines and resource allocation.
Coordinate and track project activities ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are on schedule.
Facilitate communication between project stakeholders including internal teams and external vendors.
Prepare and maintain project documentation reports and presentations.
Support in identifying and mitigating potential project risks and issues.
Schedule and conduct project meetings record minutes and follow up on action items.
Contribute to the improvement of project management processes and tools.
Assist in budget tracking and expense monitoring for assigned projects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective project execution and alignment with organizational goals.
Learn and apply industry best practices in project management under senior guidance.

Bachelors degree in Business Administration Engineering Computer Science or a related field.
Strong organizational and time management skills with an ability to multitask.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
Basic understanding of project management principles and methodologies (e.g. Agile Waterfall).
A proactive and problem-solving attitude with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
Residing in or willing to relocate to a major Indian city (e.g. Bangalore Hyderabad Pune Mumbai) preferred.
Qualifications
Prior internship or academic project experience in a project-oriented role is a plus.
Certification in project management (e.g. CAPM) is an advantage but not required.
Familiarity with project management software (e.g. Jira Trello Asana) is beneficial.
A strong academic record and a demonstrable passion for project management.
