We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with strong Oracle Fusion expertise to lead large-scale cross-functional enterprise programs. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations and transformations including Finance SCM HCM or Procurement modules while coordinating multiple workstreams stakeholders and vendors.
This role requires strong leadership governance risk management and the ability to align technology delivery with business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Program Delivery Management
Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion programs including implementation upgrade rollout and optimization initiatives
Manage multiple interconnected projects and workstreams across business and IT
Define program scope objectives success criteria milestones and dependencies
Establish and maintain program governance steering committees and executive reporting
Oracle Fusion Expertise
Provide oversight and guidance across Oracle Fusion modules such asOracle Fusion Financials (GL AP AR FA)Oracle Fusion SCM (Procurement Inventory Order Management)Oracle Fusion HCM (Core HR Payroll Talent)Partner with functional and technical teams to ensure best practice Oracle Fusion adoptionDrive fitgap analysis solution design alignment and configuration decisions
Oversee data migration integrations reporting and security models
Stakeholder Vendor Management Act as the primary point of contact for senior business stakeholders and executives
Manage system integrators Oracle partners and thirdparty vendors
