Northway Academy Program Director Northway Academy a part of the Sevita family provides center-based Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) services to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related disabilities. This is an opportunity to be part of an organization you can be proud of each and every day while building meaningful relationships and making a lasting successfully perform this role an individual must be able to effectively carry out the essential duties and responsibilities listed belowProviding direct supervision to Program Supervisors and clinical team membersOversee all day-to-day Northway Academy operationsReview utilization on a daily basisParticipate in initial assessments intake processes Coordinated Care Conferences and the review of all materials required for admissionsReview and communicate all concerns with both staff and parentsCoordinate all marketing efforts with the Area Director and State DirectorProvide indirect supervision for all employees at the centerPlan and implement weekly team leadership meetings and monthly staff meetingsNetwork with other outside agencies and providers in the areaOther duties as assigned by the supervisorEducation:BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board is preferred but not required.
