You will drive execution of wellbeing and benefits-related programs and events that improve employee engagement and program performance. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders vendors and communications partners to deliver measurable program outcomes. This is an onsite role based in San Jose CA working with teams across multiple time zones.
- Drive execution of events and activities throughout the year that support the organizations global wellbeing and benefits strategy
- Liaise with internal stakeholders (GWS Events Talent Development Site Councils Legal D&I Safety and Security Employee Resource Center) on ongoing engagement and activities
- Collect and evaluate data to identify program opportunities impacts and measurable performance standards
- Document update and maintain all program collateral for internal and external audiences
- Answer and resolve escalations or requests for policy interpretation from vendors or internal client-facing roles
- Collect content for quarterly toolkits for U.S. and global teams
- Partner with Employee Communications and external Communication Consultants on delivery of employee communications related to programs and activities
- Bachelors degree or other evidence of exceptional ability
- 5 years experience managing communications engagement and onsite event activities
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects from concept to implementation
- Strong project management problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize work and execute many projects and tasks in parallel
- Strong organizational and time management skills for a fast-paced environment
- Effective verbal written and presentation communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence decisions
- Comfortable working across multiple worldwide time zones
- Proficiency with HR systems (preferably Workday ServiceNow) and experience with case management tracking solutions
- Strong MS Office skills particularly Excel and PowerPoint
$45.07 - $56.34/hour
