Summary of the Position: Program Coordinator plays a key leadership role in supporting the daily operations of the Philadelphia program and ensuring high-quality compliant service delivery. Working closely with the Program Director this position assists with program administration staff support participant intake and referral processes and contract compliance activities.

The Program Coordinator serves as both an operational leader and direct service team member helping ensure program goals are met while also providing advocacy services to youth and families. This role is ideal for someone who is organized relationship-focused and passionate about supporting positive outcomes for young people.

  • Assist the Program Director in overseeing daily program operations
  • Support compliance with contract requirements agency policies and service delivery standards
  • Coordinate participant intake referral and enrollment processes
  • Monitor documentation and program activities to support quality assurance efforts
  • Assist with staff scheduling communication and operational coordination
  • Maintain accurate records and program data
  • Collaborate with youth families community partners and referral sources
  • Provide direct advocacy and support services to youth and families as needed
  • Serve as a positive role model and mentor in community school and home settings
  • Support special projects reporting requirements and administrative functions as assigned

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Services Social Work Psychology Criminal Justice Education or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered
  • Masters degree in a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum one year of experience supporting program operations supervising staff managing budgets or coordinating services
  • Experience working with youth and families in community-based school-based or home-based settings
  • Strong organizational communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 applications including Word Excel Outlook and Teams; Experience with electronic health record (EHR) or case management systems is a plus.
  • Reliable transportation valid drivers license and current auto insurance required
  • Bilingual English/Spanish skills a plus
