Status: Part-Time Hourly
FLSA classification:Non-Exempt
Hourly Rate: $28.00
Summary of the Position:
The Program Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to the Delaware County Program and Program Director to ensure the effective delivery of services. This role requires a strong understanding of program operations including contract compliance service delivery participant intake and referrals and case management services. The Program Coordinator serves as a key resource for maintaining program quality supporting participants and families and ensuring compliance with organizational and contractual requirements.
- Maintain collaborative relationships with local law enforcement agencies schools community partners youth and families.
- Serve as a liaison between youth and community resources to support successful outcomes.
- Monitor and document participants behavioral emotional and overall progress.
- Prepare and submit monthly and quarterly reports progress notes and case documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
- Participate in internal and external meetings case reviews and community collaborations
- Support program operations to ensure quality service delivery and compliance with program standards.
Availability: Flexible Schedule; may include evenings and weekends
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Education School Counseling or Youth Development preferred.
- Experience in community work and knowledge of community resources.
- Experience working with at-risk youth and families in a community-based setting
- Proficiency using computers Microsoft Office 365; Knowledge of Electronic Health Record Systems (EHR) is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Reliable transportation valid drivers license and current auto insurance coverage is required.
- Bilingual (Spanish) speaking is a plus.
