We solve tough problemsand well be better with you. Your work may include mixing cooking packaging palletizing and operating production equipment in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

What Youll Do

• Operate monitor and adjust manufacturing and packaging equipment to ensure efficient operation.
• Read and follow detailed recipe cards work instructions and batch records.
• Load ingredients package products and palletize finished goods.
• Perform equipment start-up shutdown and cleaning.
• Operate a forklift safely in a busy plant (training provided).
• Maintain a clean safe workspace while following company and food safety standards.

What Youll Bring

• Ability and willingness to work overtime including Saturdays when scheduled.
• Strong attention to detail and flexibility to perform a variety of production tasks.
• Interest in manufacturing and contributing to a high-performing production team.
• Desire to learn new skills and continuously improve processes.
• Previous manufacturing or food production experience is preferred but not required.
