Job Title: Production Associate Level II

Job Location: Clovis New Mexico (Onsite)
Duration: 6 Months
Pay Rate: $26.44 per hour (W2)
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 7:00 AM 4:00 PM
Overtime may be required including some Saturdays.

This role supports a manufacturing production line where engines are taken apart and inspected. Candidates should have experience working in a production or manufacturing environment and be comfortable using hand and power tools.

Experience operating forklifts or cranes is a plus.

A valid Drivers License is required.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required

• Follow all workplace safety rules and procedures

• Wear proper protective equipment (PPE)

• Report hazards injuries or unsafe conditions immediately

• Keep the work area clean and safe

• Operate machines and production equipment safely

• Use tools to disassemble and assemble engine parts

• Perform quality checks and inspections

• Meet daily production targets and timelines

• Identify defective materials or equipment issues

• Help maintain machines and equipment

• Work closely with team members and support staff

• Communicate clearly with supervisors and coworkers

• Participate in training and continuous improvement activities

• Support improvements in safety quality and production processes

• Experience in manufacturing or production work preferred

• Comfortable using hand tools and equipment

• Basic mechanical knowledge preferred

• Forklift and/or crane experience is a plus

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• Reliable safety-focused and detail-oriented

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Strong work ethic

• Ability to meet deadlines and production goals

• Takes responsibility and follows instructions

• Flexible and willing to perform different tasks as needed
