Qualifications

• 2 years of operations practice management or office management experience
• Experience managing administrative and support staff
• Strong understanding of scheduling patient services and office operations
• Knowledge of insurance verification authorizations and healthcare administrative processes
• Excellent organizational communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Strong leadership and team development abilities

  Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the practice and ensure efficient workflow across departments
• Manage administrative staff scheduling teams and operational support functions
• Ensure appropriate staffing coverage and address operational challenges as they arise
• Oversee patient scheduling provider utilization and overall patient experience
• Monitor scheduling efficiency cancellations waitlists and service availability
• Support provider onboarding scheduling coordination and operational needs
• Oversee insurance verification authorizations and related administrative processes
• Ensure compliance with company policies documentation standards and operational procedures
• Coordinate staff training onboarding and professional development initiatives
• Manage office operations supplies facilities and vendor relationships
• Address patient concerns and assist in resolving operational issues
• Partner with leadership to improve processes drive efficiency and support organizational growth
