We are seeking an experienced caring and results-driven Practice Manager to join our team. The Practice Manager plays a vital role in the hospital by handling the day-to-day operations of the practice in order for the staff to provide the best level of veterinary care to our customers.
The ideal candidate needs to have an entrepreneurial spirt be self-motivated collaborative and able to work harmoniously and effectively with clinicians staff and referring veterinarians. We have an incredible collaborative relationship with our referring veterinarians so the right candidate must be willing to interact in a variety of ways including making personal visits to their practices presenting CE programs and discussing cases by phone.
BluePearl Pet Hospital coming to South Austin TX. Your brand-new facility will include 3 surgery suits in house CT internal medicine procedures room dedicated ER and dedicated ICU in two distinct areas. Planned specialty services include emergency internal medicine critical care surgery and cardiology. Our clinicians will work collaboratively to provide the highest quality of medicine while maintaining work-life balance and continuing to teach and grow each other s skill set. We are very active with continuing education seminars. We not only promote outstanding patient care but also personal development with training programs available at BluePearl.

Salary Range: $84000.00 - $114000.00
As a Veterinary Practice Manager:
You will mentor develop and lead a mix of 30hourly and professional team members to excel and become a successful team focused on patient care.
You will partner and oversee the doctor team medical team and client service representatives guiding them to the next level of development.
You will guide the financial and strategic business development to achieve hospital profitability.
You will expertly handle the primary care DVM and patient referral base with a high level of sensitivity
You will develop intra-staff relationships with a command of HR-related issues and state federal local legal compliance of relevant employment law.
Experience Preferred:
Education: Bachelors Degree preferred. CVPM designation a plus.
Experience: 3-5 years of proven success in managing professionals in complex organizations either within veterinary/human medicine hospitality or client services industries.
Skills/Knowledge
Excellent time management follow through and organizational skills
Ability to perform multiple and diverse tasks simultaneously giving great attention to detail
Ability to deal effectively with all employees and external business contacts while conveying a positive service-oriented attitude
Ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently
Ability to completely maintain confidentiality and discretion in business relationships and exercise sound business judgment
Skilled in use of MS Office Suite internet (Google) applications
