Role Overview
The PMO Analyst will support monthly project budget tracking and forecasting coordinating with a multitude of project team members. Assist Project Managers with project schedules project control tools and project priorities.
What You Will Be Doing
- Develop and maintain project budget and cash flow forecasting models on a monthly basis. Requires coordination with project team members and Financial Planning & Analysis department.
- Support the creation and maintenance of internal project management tools such as Project Execution plans Risk Registers and schedules.
- Support project due diligence process by gathering information from various project stakeholders being requested by Independent Engineers or investors.
- Support in certain process creation or defining Roles and Responsibilities that will make the organization more efficient and effective.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelors degree
- 0 2 years of progressively responsible project management experience in energy or a related industry
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software (particularly Excel)
- Proficiency in SAP and SQL is preferred
- AI skills or experience
- Competency in Analytical Problem Solving Strong Communication Customer/Partner Relationships and Technology Expertise. (Preferred).

Physical demands & Working Conditions
- Sitting/Standing/Flexibility: Ability to stand and sit for 8 or more hours when in an office environment
- Speech/Reading: Ability to speak read and write English proficiently and deliver a variety of instructions furnished in written verbal diagram or schedule form
- Lifting: Ability to lift items weighing up to 10 pounds
- Vision/Hearing: Ability to understand a variety of instructions furnished in written verbal diagram or schedule form
- Safety: Ability to understand and communicate safety precautions when necessary
