About the Role:
Triunity Software is looking for a talented and driven Business Analyst to join our growing team in Texas! In this role youll bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions playing a key part in shaping the future of our software products. If you thrive in a fast-paced tech environment and love turning complex problems into clear actionable insights we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Gather document and analyze business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into functional specifications
- Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure solutions align with business objectives
- Create detailed process flows use cases user stories and workflow diagrams
- Facilitate meetings workshops and interviews with stakeholders to identify pain points and opportunities
- Monitor project progress and communicate updates to relevant teams and leadership
- Perform gap analysis and recommend process improvements to optimize business performance
- Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and validate that delivered solutions meet business needs
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Information Systems or a related field
- 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst preferably in a software or technology environment
- Proficiency in requirements gathering process mapping and documentation
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira or Confluence
- Strong analytical problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to stakeholders
- CBAP certification or equivalent is a plus
Compensation: $100000.00 - $110000.00 per year
