We are partnered with a well-established mechanical contractor seeking an experienced Pipefitter Superintendent to lead large-scale commercial mechanical projects in the Phoenix market. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong field leader looking to join a company with long-term growth strong project backlog and a collaborative team environment.
Responsibilities Include:
Lead and coordinate commercial mechanical construction projects
Manage field manpower schedules and workflow sequencing
Oversee safety quality and productivity on projects
Coordinate with project management engineering purchasing and subcontractors
Review drawings BIM coordination specifications and submittals
Support forecasting manpower planning and project scheduling
Lead pre-job planning and field coordination meetings
Identify and resolve project challenges proactively
Qualifications:
57 years of Superintendent or construction leadership experience
Strong background in commercial mechanical/piping systems
Ability to read and interpret blueprints specifications and BIM drawings
Knowledge of scheduling manpower planning and project coordination
Strong leadership communication and problem-solving abilities
Experience with LEAN construction principles is a plus
