Job Summary

Job Description:

Support daily plant operations by troubleshooting packaging issues and resolving floor level problems
Drive corrective actions to maintain material flow and minimize operational disruptions
Lead cost reduction and packaging optimization initiatives
Review and improve bulk and expendable packaging solutions
Support new launches and engineering changes through packaging validation and implementation
Ensure packaging designs comply with client standards and operational requirements
Collaborate cross functionally with Operations Engineering Quality and Supply Chain
Contribute to continuous improvement through data driven problem solving and standardization

Education/Experience:

Bachelors Degree in Packaging or other related technical area.

5-7 years of experience required.

Preferred Work Schedule: Second Shift and Onsite role
