Job Summary
Job Title: Operator
Location: Bakersfield CA 93308 (Local Candidates Only)
Pay Rate: $20.00 - $22.00/hr on W2
Duration: 11 months contract (possible extension)
Schedule: 14 Days On / 7 Days Off
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver safe efficient and reliable PSD services to customers.
- Assist field and maintenance crews in preparing equipment for operations.
- Ensure job deliverables are accurate and completed on time.
- Participate in pre-job and toolbox safety meetings.
- Maintain equipment in safe working condition and report issues.
- Prepare equipment for rig-up and rig-down operations.
- Operate equipment according to competency level and job requirements.
- Follow all HSE policies and wear required PPE.
- Complete required safety training.
Required Skills
- Entry-level or 1 2 years of related experience.
- DOT Hazmat Driver License (Class A or Class B).
- Downhole wiring experience.
- Experience with logging units.
