Full-Time MondayFriday Day Shift Pay Based on Experience
We are seeking an experienced CNC Operator for a full-time first-shift opportunity with an established manufacturing company in the St. Louis area.
This is not an entry-level CNC position. Candidates should have at least 2 years of hands-on CNC operating experience and be comfortable reading blueprints using precision measuring equipment and producing parts to required specifications.

The CNC Operator will operate CNC machinery in a precision manufacturing environment while maintaining established quality and production standards. This position requires strong mechanical aptitude attention to detail and the ability to independently verify the quality and accuracy of completed parts.
Operate CNC mills lathes and/or other CNC equipment safely and efficiently.
Load and unload materials tooling fixtures and completed parts.
Read and interpret blueprints work orders and technical drawings.
Verify dimensions and tolerances using calipers micrometers gauges and other precision measuring instruments.
Perform routine machine adjustments and tool changes as needed.
Monitor machine performance and identify potential quality or production issues.
Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet required specifications and quality standards.
Identify and communicate machining tooling or quality concerns.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Follow established safety and manufacturing procedures.
Work with supervisors and other team members to meet production schedules and quality expectations.
Minimum 2 years of CNC operating experience in a manufacturing environment.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and mechanical drawings.
Hands-on experience using precision measuring equipment.
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
Dependable attendance and work history.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a manufacturing team.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds as required.
Experience operating both CNC mills and CNC lathes.
Familiarity with G-code and basic CNC program edits.
Experience machining steel aluminum or other metal components.
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or continuous improvement practices.
