OneStream Systems Administrator

Job SummaryWe are seeking a OneStream Administrator based at our corporate headquarters in Charlotte NC. Reporting to the Corporate Controller the OneStream Administrator will be responsible for administering the system to ensure optimal performance supporting financial reporting and consolidation processes implementing enhancements and serving as the primary contact for all OneStream-related Duties and ResponsibilitiesAdminister and maintain the OneStream platform including user access security roles and system the monthly quarterly and annual financial close processes by ensuring data accuracy consolidation process and timely data integrations between OneStream and source systems including trial balances sales and management system troubleshooting and issue and maintain business rules dashboards reports and cube views within OneStream for operational and financial closely with Finance and Accounting teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical system upgrades patches and enhancements including testing and data integrity and accuracy through routine data validation and and maintain documentation for system processes configurations and user monthly updates and maintenance of the Account Reconciliation and recommend new approaches and proceduresEvaluate and maintain effective internal controls over the financial reporting processSupport continuous improvement activitiesTrain and support end-users on OneStream functionality and best practicesExperienceBachelors degree in Accounting Finance Information Systems or related field.25 years of experience with OneStream administration or similar EPM/CPM tools (e.g. Hyperion SAP).Strong understanding of financial consolidation budgeting and reporting in building and managing cube views dashboards workflows and business with data integrations and ETL analytical problem-solving and communication to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
