The New Product Introduction Operations Program Manager (NPO) launches products onntime with high quality and maximum customer are pivotal to the dynamic development and launch of Apples products. A successfulnNPO is a leader and facilitator; is dynamic driven organized and detail oriented; excels innprogram/ project management; communicates with ease at all levels; thrives in annambiguous environment and is adept at facilitating actions and resolving we lead within worldwide Operations and collaborate with the core productndevelopment team and other functional organizations within Apple.
Leads Apple and Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) operations team in planningnand executing development builds and new product ramps.n Drives Ramp readiness with Engineering Operations and OEM requirements and schedules to facilitate technical readiness withnsupply chain product manufacturability testability and supply chain responsiveness innpursuit of low cost and flexibility while stewarding qualityn Manages communications upward and downward through the organization; raisingnkey issues and options for resolution with executive to travel up to 20%
5 years of experience in Operations or Supply Chain or Product/Program ManagementnMS or BS Degreen
Strong leader self-motivated proactive detail oriented hands-on and results drivennSolid communication skills and ability to build strong relationship to influence cross functional teamsnTechnical expertise and prior OEM management experiencenMasters or MBA are considered a plus
