THRIVE Program Assistant (A):
- Greet and welcome students faculty and staff at the front desk
- Assist in managing the THRIVE Department calendar
- Initiate receive and respond to email and phone correspondence
- Support administrative duties such as data entry maintenance of supplies and as-needed
- Maintain an organized and clean shared space for all
- Support in Social Media posts and engaging on social media platforms
- Support for events and programming upon request
- Advocate for diversity equity and inclusion through body language and demeanor
THRIVE Program Assistant (B/Program Support):
- Assist the THRIVE Program Managers with specific projects like the Speakers Series
- Social gatherings etc.
- Support for events and programming upon request
- Support THRIVE Program Managers with some administrative duties such as data entry
- maintenance of supplies and as-needed
- Advocate for diversity equity and inclusion through body language and demeanor
Qualifications :
Qualifications
- Must be currently enrolled at Augsburg University
- Must be tech savvy (or willing to learn) in Google Suites Microsoft Office
- Willingness to engage and interact with students faculty and staff
- Analyze and present quality over quantity in assigned tasks and possible office needs
- Must maintain the privacy of sensitive student information as required by federal FERPA
- law
- Must exhibit effective communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to follow directions and execute tasks in a timely manner
