The Experience Youll Create:
The Merchandising Specialist supports merchandising operations across an assigned region of vending and micro-market locations through remerchandising execution planogram management assortment optimization seasonal merchandising support new business support and operational support. This role contributes to product availability sales growth spoilage reduction planogram compliance and overall merchandising performance through effective execution of merchandising strategies and standards.

Remerchandising
- Execute approved remerchandising initiatives and resets across vending and micro-market locations to align with current planograms assortments and merchandising standards.
- Implement assortment changes category transitions product launches and new SKU introductions in accordance with approved merchandising strategies.
- Optimize product placement facings and space allocation to support sales growth inventory productivity and customer purchasing behavior.
Seasonal Support
- Execute seasonal merchandising initiatives promotional changes and holiday assortment transitions.
- Coordinate implementation of seasonal products and promotional merchandising plans.
- Support timely execution of merchandising changes to maximize seasonal sales.
New Business Support
- Support new vending and micro-market installations grand openings and expansions.
Merchandising System Administration
- Maintain accurate merchandising system data replenishment parameters service frequencies asset information and merchandising-specific attributes to support efficient field execution.
Operational Support
- Provide operational support related to merchandising execution planograms assortments and inventory performance.
- Escalate unresolved merchandising issues and partner with Operations and Merchandising leadership to facilitate resolution.
- Identify merchandising opportunities performance risks and process improvement opportunities while providing recommendations to improve merchandising effectiveness.
- Assist with special merchandising projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide department support during planned absences vacations and other business continuity needs.
- Apply feedback received to improve performance.

Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong analytical organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to learn merchandising replenishment inventory management and route scheduling systems.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining strong cross-functional partnerships.
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree in Business Supply Chain Retail Management Analytics or a related field.
- Experience in vending micro markets foodservice retail convenience consumer packaged goods (CPG) or merchandising environments.
- Experience conducting merchandising resets store refreshes product transitions or field merchandising projects.
- Experience working with inventory merchandising or business analytics tools.
