The Role:

Our site inAurora 500is seeking a2ndShift Mon-Fri/2 pm to 10:30 pm OR 3rd shift Mon-Fri 10 pm to 6:30 am Operations Associateto join has an opening foranOperations Associatein the Pads Production Division - an excellent career opportunity for qualified individuals especially those withexperience in asafety and quality driven manufacturing environment.

What Youll Do:

• ManufactureEntegrisCMP Padsusinga variety of manufacturing equipment(laminator CNC die pressbrush clean)

• Perform required data entry and record keeping.

• Perform required quality testing and inspections.

• Maintain safe and clean working environment.

• Understand and adhere to Entegrisvalues procedures policies etc.

• Engage in continuous improvement (6S) teams and LEAN manufacturing activities.

• Comply with plant safety initiatives.

• Perform miscellaneous production-related tasks (for example cycle count preventive maintenance housekeeping inventory)

Traits we believe make a strong candidate:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• 1 year manufacturing experience preferred.

• Ability to read and understand documented processes and procedures.

• Good attention to detail.

• Ability to perform basic math computations and computer data entry.

• Ability to use measuring devices and hand/power tools.

• Ability to lift 50 lbs. climb a ladder up to 15 ft. and walk and stand duringentireshift.

• Ability to repetitively pinch and grasp hand tools repetitively twist bend and reach upward and handle small screws washers fasteners etc.

• All employees go through 30-day on-the-job training in a fast-paced hard-working environment.

• All employees are expected to be flexible working in varying departments as needed.

• Pay range is $23 per hour plus shift differential.
