Job Summary
MECHANICAL ASSEMBLER - 1st Shift
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Mold Processing Support: Completing the resin fill oven processing demolding mold cleaning and material movement to return molds to the loading station
- Work with fasteners such as bolts screws rivets nuts helicoils inserts and adhesives
- Align and fit sub and structural assemblies by installing and connecting parts fittings and assemblies
- Cut trim file bend and smooth parts and verify sizes and fitting tolerances in order to ensure proper fit and clearance
- Use basic hand tools i.e. screwdrivers wrenches pliers hammer ratchets & sockets ruler calipers
- Works within small team/group
REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 5 years of previous mechanical assembly experience preferably working with Aerospace products
- Self Starter
- Ability to work with little to no instruction and supervision
- Previous machine shop work practices background preferred

The position requires frequent lifting pushing and pulling objects that are 50 pounds or heavier.
