Job Summary
The Personal Injury Marketing Representative is responsible for building strategic referral relationships with personal injury attorneys and other injury-related professionals. This role includes networking in-person visits lunches event attendance and consistent follow-up to drive new PI patient referrals to the practice.
This position is ideal for someone who is energetic highly social self-driven and enjoys building long-term professional relationships.

Develop grow and maintain referral relationships with:
- Personal injury attorneys.
- Case managers.
- Medical offices and rehab facilities.
- Community organizations.
- Conduct in-person office visits to legal & medical partners (daily route).
- Set up and attend networking meetings lunches and presentations.
- Track referrals follow-ups and outcomes in CRM software.
- Deliver marketing material and updates to referral partners.
- Attend legal medical and community events to build brand presence.
- Coordinate new PI patient onboarding and ensure referral partners receive updates/follow-through.
- Maintain excellent professional communication and follow-up discipline.
- Prior experience in personal injury legal medical or outside sales preferred.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- Reliable transportation and a valid drivers license.
- Highly organized with follow-up and CRM discipline.
- Positive attitude professional presence and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and achieve measurable goals.
