Lung Cancer Screening Program Manager

Job Summary
Required Education: Associates degree in health or science field.
Required Licensure: Current RN or Respiratory license in state of practice; must meet all state board requirements.
Preferred Education: Masters degree in health-related field MHA MPH MSN or other health science related field.
Experience: Minimum 35 years of clinical experience preferably in oncology pulmonary population health or preventive care. Experience in program coordination quality improvement or data-driven healthcare initiatives preferred.
Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) required; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred; Oncology or pulmonary-related certification preferred
Skills: Program Development & Implementation Data Analysis & Reporting Care Coordination & Patient Navigation Population Health & Risk Stratification Regulatory Compliance & Grant Management Interdisciplinary Collaboration Communication & Stakeholder Engagement Critical Thinking & Problem Solving Process Improvement (Lean/PDSA)
