This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with deep expertise in lighting technologies and a proven track record in achieving sales targets. The individual will play a strategic role in expanding market presence managing key client relationships and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Relationship Management
Develop maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients
Understand client requirements and evolving lighting needs
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
2. New Business Development
Identify and target new clients and industries
Develop and implement strategies to expand the customer base
Generate and qualify sales leads
3. Technical Expertise
Maintain in-depth knowledge of:

Controls and smart lighting systems
Stay updated on industry trends innovations and energy-efficient solutions
4. Consultative Sales Approach
Offer customized lighting solutions aligned with:
Client goals
Energy efficiency standards
Budget requirements
5. Sales Presentations
Deliver compelling and professional presentations
Clearly communicate technical concepts and product value
Demonstrate return on investment (ROI)
6. Proposal Development
Prepare detailed and tailored proposals including:
Pricing
Technical specifications
Project timelines
Collaborate with internal teams for accuracy and feasibility
7. Negotiation & Closing
Negotiate pricing terms and contracts effectively
Secure deals that meet or exceed revenue targets
8. Order & Project Management
Oversee the complete order lifecycle:
Order placement
Delivery coordination
Installation (if applicable)
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
9. Market Research
Monitor market trends competitors and customer needs
