Lead Engineer Controls HMI Platforms

Job Summary
Roles and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Technical Leaders System Architects and Principal Engineers to develop test plans around new human machine interface platforms to meet performance and stability requirements.
- Execute test plans that may include detailed performance studies for new hardware and software releases and create reports for reviews with the Controlled Title Holder community.
- Partner with Requisition and OTR (Order-to-Remittance) engineers as well as external customers to resolve technical support issues and translate field feedback into actionable product and process improvements.
- Evaluate new technologies that could have a positive impact on customer operations in a power generation capacity.
- Work with product line to lay out budget needs and timelines for inclusion of HMI platform enhancements into the gas power controls products.
- Serve as a member in the Scaled Agile Framework defining the handoff scope in terms of features stories and tasks meeting milestone dates as laid out by the product owner to meet product testing requirements.
- Coordinate with the NPI to Fulfillment handoff team to create training materials for domestic and global fulfillment teams on new product developments.
- Manage multiple product developments concurrently.
- Maintain & continuously update technical skills and knowledge
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in a STEM major (Science Technology Engineering and Math) from an accredited college or university
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in engineering

- Knowledge of Proficy Cimplicity Networking and Cyber Security principles
- Knowledge of the Gas Power Controls NPI processes
