Job Summary and Responsibilities
As a Knowledge Donor Intern you will responsible for technical support in the operation of knowledge donor based simulation technology and related research and education design. This includes the operational and scientific support of knowledge donor based activities.
Everyday you will work with hospital departments physicians or educators in the implementation and evaluation of knowledge donor simulations.
To be successful in this role you will need a high degree of comfort and proficiency in working with anatomical specimens coupled with exceptional organizational and interpersonal abilities
- Coordinates & facilitates house-wide and unit specific knowledge donor simulation education for staff students and the community based upon identified need under the direction of Manager.
- Acts as a resource regarding knowledge donor program evaluation for facility staff student and community education programs.
- Submits and monitors documentation in support of knowledge donor simulation education to include attendance roster course evaluation documents and competency validation tools.
- Assist in ensuring facility requirements regulatory guidelines quality metrics and related policies are integrated in knowledge donor program.
- Integrates simulation outcome evaluation with regulatory and organizational needs assessment data and trends to determine program effectiveness.
