• Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Identify and mitigate project risks ensuring timely resolution of issues that may impact project delivery.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies related to Java Fullstack development.
• Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams to ensure alignment on project goals.
• Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders highlighting progress challenges and next steps.

• Strong proficiency in Java including frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate.
• Expertise in front-end technologies such as HTML CSS JavaScript and frameworks like Angular or React.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Solid understanding of database technologies including SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Proficient in version control systems particularly Git.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools including CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS Azure or Google Cloud.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Understanding of containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in Java development or project management are a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects and teams effectively.
