Job Summary

Job Title: Java Developer (Criminal Justice Systems)3 years Years of Exp 3 years Years of Exp

Location: Albany NY (Hybrid)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

Qualifications:

Proven experience in designing and implementing highly available scalable enterprise applications using Object-Oriented Architecture (OOA) and Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) with expertise in data structures algorithms software design principles and JEE design patterns.
Extensive experience in creating technical solution designs and deploying applications using IBM WebSphere Portal and WebSphere Application Server environments with Java Development Kit (JDK 1.8 or higher).
Strong experience in planning designing implementing and integrating criminal justice processing systems including disposition processing fingerprint identification criminal history management Sex Offender tracking Wanted/Missing persons tracking and offender supervision initiatives.
Hands-on experience in developing enterprise applications using the JBoss Drools Rule Engine framework.
Proven ability to identify analyze and resolve application performance and scalability issues.
Experience in architecting designing and developing analytics and search solutions using Elasticsearch Logstash and Kibana (ELK Stack).
