Job Description
We are looking for a Sr. Tableau Developer to design develop and deploy robust Tableau dashboards and reports that align with business requirements and provide actionable insights. This position will be full-time and hybrid in Trenton NJ.
What Youll Do
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to understand and gather business requirements
- Design develop test and deploy robust Tableau dashboards and reports that align with business requirements and provide actionable insights
- Research and recommend innovative BI solutions and visualization methods to improve the projects data-driven decision-making process
- Evaluate predictive analytics models to forecast future scenarios and inform strategic planning
- Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders through clear understandable presentations
- Ensure data quality and integrity in dashboards and reports
- Conduct training sessions to educate end-users on how to use BI tools and dashboards effectively
- Continually refine and iterate BI strategy based on evolving project needs
What Youll Need
Required:
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline
- Tableau dashboard design & development - 7 years
- Data visualization & storytelling - 7 years
- Business requirements gathering - 7 years
- Data analysis & interpretation - 7 years
- Experience integrating with Salesforce - 3 years
- Business intelligence (BI) solutions - 7 years
- Experience integrating with cloud data warehousing tools such as Snowflake - 5 years
- Experience with Tableau Online - 3 years
Preferred:
- Predictive analytics & forecasting models - 7 years
- ETL (Extract Transform Load) processes - 7 years
- Data warehousing concepts - 5 years
- Familiarity with Sigma Computing - 1 year
Physical Demands
- Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal state and local standards
- Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer utilizing a mouse keyboard and monitor
- Must be able to communicate with customers/team members over the phone and in person
- Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings etc.
